The mission of MAEER’s MIT World peace society , pune’s “ Health for all’’ as envisioned by the world Health organization. This is sought to be achieved through state of the art infrastructure & nursing facilities in an academically vibrant environment through innovative practice in nursing education & Research inculcating scientific, social, ethical, moral & spiritual values, in the Nursing professionals.

History

The Maharashtra Institute of Nursing Sciences,Latur was initially established MIMSR School of Nursing General Nursing Midwifery in May-1999, Basic B.Sc Nursing was August-2005 and the Post Basic B.Sc Nursing was in August-2018. This college is one of the branches of the well-known Maharashtra Academy of Engineering and Educational Research ( MAEER’s) Pune.

AIMS

This institute has been established in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra with a view to cater to the needs of Nursing facilities to poor & down trodden people in this area and to provide opportunites to the deserving young women and men who have an ambition to pursure Basic B.Sc Nursing degree, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing and General nursing Midwifery. The institute has been established with a sole aim of making it” Center of Excellence” in the nursing field
